Aether House is by invitation and portfolio, not résumé. No age limit. No credentials required. We only care that you build, ship, and raise the ambient IQ in the room.

FAQ
Is there an age limit or formal qualifications?
None. Aether House is open to all ages with no fixed credentials. We select on demonstrated ability, trajectory, and how you show up in the room.
What about a visa for Thailand?
Residents apply individually — usually via Thailand’s DTV Visa. We provide an official invitation letter once you’re accepted.
How long can I stay?
As long as you’re shipping and adding energy to the house. Most residents stay for multi-month stretches; some extend across multiple cohorts.
What do residents actually pay?
Nothing for room, breakfasts, or community events. We also cover a one-time $2,000 USD transport stipend toward flights.
What’s the deal with equity?
In exchange for a fully-sponsored residency, Aether House takes a 10% equity stake in projects and companies you build or ship while in residence. One number, clearly documented — no hidden terms.
